Chris has worked with clients from a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, business services, healthcare, information technology, energy services, and more.Before joining SWP, Chris worked with several regional and international investment banking firms—including Candlewood Partners, KPMG Corporate Finance, and RBC Capital Markets— in their mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets groups. Chris has raised over $1 billion in capital and advised more than 70 corporate clients through a variety of transactions.Chris holds a BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 FINRA registrations. An avid daily runner, Chris also enjoys waterskiing, scuba diving, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
