Brittany Halsey serves as Office Manager at Strategic Wealth Partners, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s client experience from the very first interaction. As the face of SWP, Brittany is dedicated to delivering a polished, welcoming, and high-touch client experience while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm. As a central point of coordination, she ensures that every client interaction reflects SWP’s commitment to excellence and personalized service.

Working closely with advisors and internal teams, Brittany helps coordinate both front- and back-office functions to create a seamless, organized, and welcoming environment. Her detail-oriented, proactive approach ensures that each client experience is thoughtfully executed from start to finish.

Prior to joining Strategic Wealth Partners, Brittany built her foundation in luxury client service through roles in private aviation with Flexjet, as well as in upscale dining and exclusive private clubs. She also served as an assistant event coordinator at Walt Disney World Resorts (EPCOT), where she helped support large-scale, high-touch guest experiences. Her background further includes experience within both corporate and nonprofit organizations, including Lincoln Electric and United Way.

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a focus in Project Management, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Law and Management. She is also a member of the Cleveland Women’s Leadership Program.

Outside of the office, Brittany is happiest on the water, enjoying summer days on the boat or at the beach. She values time with her close-knit family and her Cane Corso, affectionately known as “The Olaf.” She also has a passion for classic cars and enjoys creative projects that reflect her eye for detail and love of design.
