In her role, Jessica assists with account openings and closings, transaction processing, service requests, and reporting accuracy, helping ensure a seamless experience for both advisors and clients.

Jessica brings more than three years of industry experience, having begun her financial services career as an Operations Analyst with Hightower Advisors. Her professional background also includes experience in education, hospitality, and fitness, which helped develop her strong organizational skills and client-focused approach. She holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater.

Known for her attention to detail and dependable work ethic, Jessica excels at managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. She is passionate about creating order and clarity through organized systems and processes that allow advisors and clients to access the information they need when they need it. Her commitment to proactive communication, organization, and follow-through makes her a valued resource to both clients and colleagues.
